Where do you ship?
We ship to the UK and now offer International shipping.
When will I receive my order?
UK Deliveries
Please allow up to 1-2 days for your order to be processed and 5-7 working days to receive your order from receipt of your order confirmation.
International Deliveries
Please allow up to 1-2 days for your order to be processed and 7-14 working days to receive your order from receipt of your order confirmation. We are not responsible for any import duties and taxes. We would recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before you place your order.
We are not responsible for any delays to deliveries that are as a result of the courier.
We are not responsible for any stolen orders.
What is your returns policy?
Returns are welcomed within 14 days from the date you received your item/items. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, then unfortunately you will not eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund your item/items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received it.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We would recommend returning via tracked delivery to avoid any potential for the return to get lost as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in transit.
